A gated and walled Tarzana home once owned by singer Carnie Wilson is on the market at $1.899 million.

The traditional-style house built in 1949 sits on more than half an acre and offers 4,491 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a breakfast nook, and front and backyard views from the formal living and family rooms.

These living areas have exposed wood-beam ceilings, hardwood flooring and fireplaces.

There’s also a fireplace in the large master suite.

The master bathroom has a tub and glass-enclosed shower.

In the master bedroom, French doors open to the backyard, a pool and two large grass areas.

Edward Romero of Sunset Group Realty is the listing agent.

Property records show Wilson and her husband, musician Robert Bonfiglio, purchased the Tarzana home in 2006. But, according to foreclosure documents filed in the L.A. County Recorder’s Office, the couple had defaulted on their mortgage payments.

The home was sold as a short sale in 2011 for $1 million, records show.

Wilson, 51, is the daughter of Beach Boys frontman Brian Wilson. She is known for the girl pop trio Wilson Phillips formed in 1989 with her sister, Wendy, and their childhood friend, Chynna Phillips.

Wilson Phillips had three No. 1 singles before it disbanded in 1993. In 2011, the group performed the ’90s hit “Hold On” in the comedy film “Bridesmaids.”
