U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un cut two hours off the second day of their summit in Vietnam, media outlets reported Thursday. White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders told reporters that Trump will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. local time, (2 a.m. Eastern), according to Reuters and other outlets. No reason was given for the change, nor did Sanders say whether there would be a signing ceremony. Some stock exchanges in Asia, immediately fell on the announcement with the South Korean Kospi index
