Police were pursuing a possibly stolen pickup truck on the 10 Freeway in South Los Angeles on Friday night.

California Highway Patrol officers chased the truck on the eastbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway in the Mid-City area and onto the Santa Ana (5) Freeway in Commerce.

As of 11 p.m., the suspect has covered a total of six freeways including (405), (10), (605), (5), (710) and (22).

At some point, the driver turned off the lights of the pick up truck. He has run multiple red lights in all areas he’s covered.

Minutes after, police tossed spike strips underneath the pick up truck.
