Arson investigators are trying to find out what led to a fatal car fire on the northbound 110 Freeway in Lincoln Heights.

Fire crews were trying to put the fire out around 10:30 p.m. Friday. One person was found dead in the car.

The identity of the person and the cause of the fire still remain unknown.

Police are still investigating the incident.
