A man who was arrested Wednesday evening for trespassing at the home of singer Chris Brown, and arrested again Thursday morning for trespassing again at the singer’s home, was arrested for a third time early Friday for the same reason, the Los Angeles Police Department tells NBC4 Investigates.
On Wednesday evening, a man was near the area of Brown’s Tarzana home when security asked him to leave, according to LAPD. The man left but later returned shortly before 7 p.m. and attempted to climb over the fence to get on the property.
Security stopped the man and then held him until the police arrived. When officers arrived, the man was arrested for trespassing.
The singer was not home at the time of the incident, according to authorities. The LAPD is sending the case to prosecutors for possible charges.
The man was released from jail at around 4:30 a.m. Thursday morning and then arrested again at around 10 a.m. when he showed up at Brown’s home again. Security detained the man until police arrived and he was detained again.
According to LAPD, officers responded to a trespassing call shortly after midnight on Friday.
The 44-year-old man was once again held by Brown’s security and he was arrested for a third time.
The man was taken to a hospital to get cleared before going to jail.
The LAPD will submit the case to prosecutors for trespassing and possible stalking charges.
