Beauty YouTuber Jeffree Star has put his palatial Hidden Hills mansion on the market for $20 million.

The asking price is 37% more than the $14.58 million he paid for the French Normandy-style estate in December 2019, property records show.

Completed in 2007 and updated, this 19,549-square-foot residence has seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and sits on nearly 3 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac in the equestrian enclave’s exclusive Ashley Ridge section. It shares the grounds with two guest houses, a 10-car garage and a 3,700-square-foot barn that’s accessed by a separate driveway.

Highlights of the main house include a large gourmet kitchen, a family room, two offices, a home theater and a game room with a wet bar.

A sculptural glass elevator leads to the upstairs master suite. It has two bathrooms, two walk-in closets and direct access to a two-story gym complete with changing rooms, a hot tub and a sauna.

A wine tasting room and a refrigerated wine cellar add to the offerings.

Outside, there’s a swimming pool with a spa, a fire pit, two barbecue centers and two covered patios.

Calabasas-based Marc and Sara Shevin of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties share the listing.

Star is the 35-year-old founder of Jeffree Star Cosmetics and Killer Merch.

In a video posted June 15, the beauty mogul told his more than 16 million followers, “being in this big house is so lonely.”

He cited the death of his beloved Pomeranian and the breakup with boyfriend Nathan Schwandt among the many reasons for his decision to sell.

“It’s just not for me anymore,” he said. “It’s time to move on, it’s time to grow, and I don’t think I can do it here.”

Star leaves the West Coast for the good of his mental health and plans to relocate full-time to Wyoming, he said.
