Spencer Pratt, who failed to advance to the November runoff for Los Angeles mayor, appeared to declare a “war” against his former rivals, Mayor Karen Bass and Los Angeles Councilwoman Nithya Raman, in a new video Friday while acknowledging his mayoral campaign has come to an end.

Along with his unfiltered name-calling, the ex-reality TV star threatened to “expose this corrupt machine,” adding he did not get into the race “for political power.”

“It’s war,” Pratt said. “I don’t have campaign laws hamstringing me now.”

Pratt claimed that he has audio proof that may force Bass and Raman to “resign in shame,” adding he’s committed to stopping the two mayoral candidates.

“If you think we uncovered a lot of fraud and evil in the campaign, just wait,” Pratt said in the video. “I was saving it for the general election.”

The Palisades Fire victim also said that “many” developers and business owners were leaving LA, which could result in less tax revenue for the city, leading to limited city services, including “less firefighters, less police patrols.”

In the video, Pratt portrayed Los Angeles as a city plagued by drugs and crime, calling it “a mess.”

Although Pratt had previously said he would leave LA if he failed to win the mayoral election, he did not say whether he’s planning to move out of the city.

After NBC News projected earlier this week that Raman would advance to the runoff against Bass, Pratt remained mostly quiet except for posting a picture of a duck on X.

The next day, he shared a video of his home destroyed by the Palisades Fire and responded to Jimmy Kimmel, who said during his show’s monologue he had rented a U-Haul for Pratt after the reality TV personality said he would leave Los Angeles if he failed to become mayor.

“Jimmy Kimmel i guess you missed the part of the story i don’t need a U-Haul…I have nothing left to pack,” Pratt shot back.

NBC Los Angeles reached out to the campaigns for Bass and Raman but did not hear back as of Friday afternoon.
