According to the Texas A&M Transportation Institute’s 2021 Urban Mobility Report, the Golden State is home to two of the worst traffic cities in the U.S. Los Angeles and San Francisco are tied in the fourth spot.Los Angeles and San Francisco drivers had annual delays of 46 hours due to congestion.
