AT&T is looking to fill more than 160 positions at its Cerritos call center and the company is offering a progressive $3,000 sign-on bonus for new employees.

AT&T will host a job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 30 and Wednesday, April 6 at 12911 183rd St. in Cerritos.

Center workers start at $19.79 an hour, plus a sales commission, the company said. Eligible employees also receive medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and paid time off.

The $3,000 sign-on bonus is provided in phases. New hires receive a $750 bonus after 30 days, another $750 bonus after 60 days, a third $750 bonus after 90 days and a final $750 bonus after 120 days.

The company also provides a 50% employee discount on AT&T internet & fiber services, as well as AT&T phone service.

This is not a remote position, the company said, so workers will be required to commute daily to the call center.
